Document Urgent Care

Document Urgent Care is your safety net for problem documents. Our document experts provide an Emergency Document Repair service via the Document Urgent Care service.

How does Document Urgent Care work?

After a document is sent to Document Urgent Care, a team member will analyze, diagnose and fix a problem document and return it, along with a description of the steps taken to resolve the problems. This occurs within a target turnaround time of two hours.

Typical document "emergencies" include:

  • 1. Your document freezes during processing with CWP

  • 2. A large amount of validly-formed citations are not being recognized by CWP

  • 3. TOA Formatting problems

  • When is Document Urgent Care available?

    E-Mail and phone support are available from 9 am-9 pm Eastern on regular business days. Additional support is available via e-mail from 6 pm-1 am Eastern on Saturdays and Sundays.

    What is the procedure for using Document Urgent Care?

    You can submit a document to the Document Urgent Care specialists three ways:

  • 1. Send an email to Document Urgent Care at support@citationware.com detailing the nature of the problem along with a copy of the problem document.

  • 2. A team member will respond indicating that your request was received.

  • 3. Within a targeted turnaround time of two hours, a Document Urgent care specialist will send a reply e-mail to the requestor containing the fixed document and a description of the issue(s) found and how they were resolved.
